We were contacted by the clients prior to their build being completed. This is their first house, and they were excited to have a great outdoor space for their children. Somewhere they could entertain and spend lots of family time.
We built a large entertaining area off the rear living space, complete with a louvered roof. Full width stairs lead down to the new swimming pool and rest of the yard. The clients selected a sandblasted grey marble to compliment the internal floor coverings. The sandblasted finish creates a very soft colour palette, and the sandblasting provides extra grip for little feet, especially around the pool!
We created a separate seating area away from the house that can be utilised as a fire-pit area. We used large Sandstone Logs for seating and grey and white limestone pebble to compliment the marble pavers.
